Propane Quote Desk is an independent quote comparison service. We are not a propane supplier. We connect consumers with local licensed propane providers. We do not sell, deliver or install propane, we do not set supplier prices, and we do not guarantee that any supplier will be available in your area, will contact you or will offer any particular price or promotion. Offers, prices and availability vary by supplier and location.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. The service is intended for customers in the United States.

3. Your responsibilities

When you use the service you agree to give accurate, current and complete information, including a phone number and email address that belong to you, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for your decisions about any supplier or quote.

Propane suppliers are independent businesses. Each supplier is solely responsible for its own quotes, prices, offers, terms, licensing, service and conduct. Any agreement you make is between you and that supplier, not with us. Please read a supplier's terms before you accept.

6. No warranties

The service and the website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Estimates and examples on the site, including the savings what-if tool, are illustrative only and are not a quote, offer or guarantee of savings.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service or from any supplier's actions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Intellectual property

The website, including its text, design, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to Propane Quote Desk and protected by intellectual property laws.
